Everything we deliver —
and everything we need
from you to start.

A working document for the MAEKO growth partnership: the monthly deliverables, what each one requires from your side, the 12-day launch sprint, and the access pack.

01

What you get, every month

Content-led and AI-produced — no film crews, no shoot days. You supply the raw material; we generate, edit, publish and report.

ChannelMonthly deliverableQty
SEO Blog / ArticlesLong-form, pain-led, keyword-targeted — regulation guides · ROI explainers · buyer's guides · competitor comparisons4

Instagram + Facebook cross-postStatic posts, feed carousels & AI reels (3/wk) + stories — produced once, cross-posted to both12
Video (AI-produced)AI-generated reels, product-demo motion & educational explainers from client-supplied footage/photos — 24h-transformation · CW crushing-chamber demo · founder-education series4–6
Performance adsGoogle Search + PMax + Meta click-to-WhatsApp + retargeting — built, managed, optimised weekly (ad spend separate)
ReportingMonthly performance report + strategy call + approved content calendar + lead tracking1

Roughly 36 content pieces per month. Around 8–10 core ideas are produced once and repurposed across blog → LinkedIn → Instagram/Facebook → video, so the volume is coherent rather than filler.

02

What each deliverable needs from you

Working backwards from the list above. Most of this is a one-time handover in week one; only a few items recur monthly.

DeliverableWhat we need from MAEKOWhen
SEO Blog / Articles
4/month
60–90 min recorded interview with your engineer or technical lead (once at kickoff, then ~monthly) — this is where the real technical truth comes from
Spec data for CW / RW / MW / LQ in one spreadsheet: capacity, dimensions, power draw, throughput, warranty, certifications
• Which competitors you lose deals to, and on what
• Sign-off on published claims (80% reduction · 66% GHG · 24-hour cycle) with a source document
Week 1
then monthly
GEO / AI-answer• The questions your sales team actually gets asked by buyers — a simple list is enough
• Website access to implement structured data
• Registered business details for the organisation schema
Week 1
Knowledge / lead magnet
1/month
ROI calculator inputs — finance sign-off required: capex per model, power draw, consumable cost, throughput; plus typical customer hauling/tipping costs
MyHIJAU listing status per model + GITA eligibility confirmation
• Any existing brochures or spec PDFs
Week 1–2
LinkedIn
12 posts + 1 article
• A working @maeko.com.my email address — LinkedIn rejects Gmail for Company Page creation
• Admin rights to create the Company Page
• Founder agreement to post in their own voice (we draft, they approve)
• Your target account list for ABM, or approval of ours
• Staff list for employee advocacy
Week 1
Instagram + Facebook
12 cross-posted
• Meta Business Manager admin access
• Instagram Business account linked to the Facebook Page
Logo in vector format (AI/EPS/SVG), brand colours, fonts
• Product and installation photography
Week 1
Video (AI-produced)
4–6/month
Raw footage and photos of your machines — running, being installed, the CW crushing chamber, before/after material. Everything is generated from your material; we cannot produce footage of your equipment from nothing
~1 hour of founder recording per quarter for the education series
• Permission to feature customer sites where applicable
By the 5th
each month
Performance ads• Meta Business Manager + Google Ads admin (or rights to create)
SSM Certificate of Incorporation — exact legal name, for platform verification
• Company card loaded on both platforms + monthly budget approved in writing
• Domain/DNS access for Google's domain verification
• A WhatsApp number not already registered on the WhatsApp Business App
Day 1
Reporting• Your team logging enquiries → quotes → closed deals in the shared ledger we set up
• Deal values (and cost of goods, if the performance fee is in play)
• One named contact for the monthly strategy call
Ongoing
The two that genuinely gate everything

1 · Machine footage and photos. Every reel, demo and explainer is AI-produced from your source material. No footage, no video that month.
2 · The engineer interview + spec sheet. Your product's technical truth exists in your team's heads and inside PDFs — not on your current website. That interview is what makes the articles, the spec pages and the ROI calculator credible rather than generic.

03

WhatsApp & lead tracking — how we build it

The same stack we run for Dr Stan: a proven WhatsApp Business API setup where every enquiry is traced back to the ad that produced it.

Meta AdsClick-to-WhatsApp
WhatsApp Business APIOfficial Cloud API
ChatwootShared team inbox
Qualifying flowAuto-greeting + routing
Your sales teamHuman takeover
What this gives you
  • Every enquiry attributed to its ad. A click-to-WhatsApp lead carries the originating ad reference into the conversation — so you can see which campaign produced which enquiry, not just which campaign got clicks.
  • One shared inbox your whole team works from, instead of enquiries trapped on one person's phone.
  • Instant auto-response with qualifying questions, then a human takes over.
  • A live funnel dashboard — enquiries → quotes → closed deals, refreshed daily at a private link.
What we need to build it
  • A phone number for WhatsApp Business API — ideally a fresh line, and it must not already be active on the WhatsApp Business App
  • Meta Business Manager admin access + your SSM certificate for verification
  • Your display name preference (subject to Meta approval, 1–3 days)
  • Who receives and answers enquiries, and your target response time
  • Your team logging deal outcomes in the shared ledger — that is what turns the inbox into a real pipeline report

No separate CRM subscription is required — the shared inbox plus the deal ledger covers the pipeline for a business of your size. If you later want a full CRM, this stack exports cleanly into one.

04

The launch timeline

Twelve working days from access to live — with four honest checkpoints rather than one big-bang date.

The four checkpoints
  • Day 12 — Launch-ready. New site live, tracking firing, WhatsApp capture live, LinkedIn Page published.
  • Day 13–15 — Ads live as platform verifications clear.
  • Day 30 — Fully configured. All verifications through, campaigns optimising, reporting running.
  • Month 6 — SEO compounding. Search results build over 3–6 months; paid ads carry the pipeline until then, by design.
Two things about the clock

Day 1 is the business day after the access pack is complete — not the signature date. Access delays are the single most common cause of launch slippage industry-wide, so it is worth front-loading.

Some steps are queue time, not work time: Meta verification (3–10 days), Google advertiser verification (up to 5), WhatsApp display name (1–3). We submit all three on Day 1 so they run in parallel with the build.

US we do it   YOU we need you   QUEUE platform wait

Day 1
Kickoff · submit all verifications · site crawlTwo-hour kickoff. Meta, Google and WhatsApp verifications submitted today so the queues run in parallel. Legal-name alignment check across every platform (a single character mismatch re-queues verification by up to two weeks). Full crawl of your existing site. DNS timing prepared so the switch-over is a two-hour event. USYOU: SSM cert · DNS · email
Day 2
Brand calibration · engineer interviewMessaging and positioning workshop. The recorded technical interview that feeds the articles, spec pages and ROI calculator. Staging environment live. USYOU: 90 min
Day 3
Structure locked · content planSite structure and URLs finalised, keyword and AI-answer map, 90-day content calendar, ad campaign architecture. Scope is fixed from today so the build can complete on time — anything new goes on a deferral list for month two. US
Days 4–8
Website buildHomepage · solutions · product range and specs · about · contact. Wired with WhatsApp click-to-chat, demo booking, forms, analytics and search-engine structured data. Built on WordPress so your existing shop keeps working untouched. USYOU: specs · photos
Day 9
LinkedIn Page + social setupCompany Page created and seeded, Instagram and Facebook optimised and wired for cross-posting. USYOU: domain email
Day 10
Ad accounts + tracking + campaigns builtCampaign structure, audiences, creative, conversion tracking tested end to end. Built but not yet spending. USYOU: card on file
Day 11
WhatsApp, inbox and lead routingWhatsApp Business API connected, shared inbox live, qualifying flow, routing rules and response targets agreed with your sales team. Deal ledger set up. USYOU: sales team briefing
Day 12
Final checks · go live · publishCross-device testing, redirects verified, site switched over, search engines notified. Launch content publishes once the site is live on its final structure. Launch-ready. US
Days 13–15 are held as float

Held deliberately to absorb a verification queue running long or an approval taking an extra day — without moving your launch date. Ads typically go live in this window.

05

After launch — weekly & monthly

Every week
  • 1 article published, and the previous one distributed across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and video
  • LinkedIn — 3 posts + ABM outreach (LinkedIn caps connection requests, so outreach ramps over the first weeks rather than starting at full volume)
  • Instagram + Facebook — 3 cross-posted pieces + stories
  • Ads optimisation — budgets, audiences, creative rotation, search terms
  • Lead quality review + response-time check
  • Short written update — no meeting needed
Every month
  • Performance report — traffic, rankings, enquiries, cost per qualified enquiry, pipeline
  • Strategy call — what worked, what's next, decisions needed
  • Next month's content calendar for approval
  • New video batch produced from your supplied material
  • Refresh pass on existing content so it keeps earning search and AI visibility
  • New lead magnet published
How we work together

So the schedule holds: two revision rounds per deliverable · footage and photos by the 5th of each month · one named approver plus a deputy with a 24-hour response window. Where approvals or materials are delayed, timelines shift by the same number of days — we will always flag it early rather than silently absorb it.

Access pack — the Day 0 checklist

Everything marked Day 1 starts the clock. The rest can follow during week one. Wherever possible we use partner access rather than passwords — you keep ownership of every account and can revoke access at any time.

Handing access over safely

For Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Analytics we request partner access — you retain full ownership and can remove us in one click. Nothing is created under our name. For the few items with no partner option (registrar, hosting), we use a shared password manager and rotate credentials after the migration.
